All Nano brow appointments must have a 30 minute consultation booked before a full set.  Please note I do not offer brow touch-ups from other artist's work.  If you had work done by another artist you will be subject to paying for another complete set as pigments and processes are different between each person.

When coming in for your eyelash extensions appointment please ensure lashes are washed and free of make up/mascara.  I give a 72 day guarantee as long as proper aftercare is followed.  I do not offer fill rates past 3 weeks.  After 3 weeks full set rates will be charged. Less than 40% remaining is a full set.

Please note we do not offer any refunds.  If you are unhappy with your service we will do our best to fix the issue immediately.

Payment can be done by cash, credit card or debit. Please note all services are subject to GST whether paying cash or card.
